    Where can I find the newest listings?  Select 'newest listings' on the left menu. These are the listings that have been placed in the last 48 hours.

    How do I search?  Begin your search by clicking on 'search listings' on the left menu. Then select the location you wish to search in and proceed to the college school site you desire. You may also refine your search using the advanced options.

    Can I refine my search?  Yes you can. If your search results are too high, simply click 'search again' or 'refine search' to narrow your results. Under 'refine search' you can:
    1. Narrow your geographical search down even further to sub areas
    2. Re-specify housing style
    3. Specify your specific price range
    4. Specify your minimum number of bedrooms
    5. Specify your special requirements, such as disability access fireplace, close to schools and transit...

    Can I print a feature sheet of a listing?  Yes, you can. Once you find your desired property, click on the 'more details' button. This will give you a full description of this property. Click on 'print feature sheet' button on the tool bar at the bottom of this page for a feature sheet of this property. This feature is handy for Property Managers to use for potential renters.

    Can I send a listing to a friend?  Yes you can. Once you find your desired property, click on the 'more details' button. This will give you a full description of this property. Click on 'send to friend' button on the tool bar at the bottom of this page. This property will be emailed to your friend.

    Listing A Property
    I am an individual landlord. How do I list my property?  Simply register by clicking on 'create account' on the main page. You will be assigned a username and password. You may login to your member account from any one of our network sites. Using your management tools, you may enter a listing while logged into your account.

    I am a property manager. How do I list my property?  Simply register online by clicking on ‘create account’ on the main page. Click on the ‘Property Managers and Property Management Companies’ link or you can also contact us by phone or email to setup a volume discount.

    How much is it to list my property?  Students always list for FREE! For Private Landlords, a single listing is $24.95 per month, per listing. Apartment Buildings with multiple suites are $49.95 per month, per apartment building. There are significant discounts for bulk listings, as well as frequent pricing specials including free trial offers. Prices may vary site to site.

    How long is my property listed?  Your property will be listed for 30 days (or the amount of time you have chosen if longer). You have the ability to de-list your property at anytime.

    How do I check my listing stats?  Login to your account and select 'listings' in the stats sub-menu.

    How do I check the status of my listing?  Login to your account and select 'view' on the management tools menu. If there is a listing there, you can see how the listing will appear live on the website. If the listing is live the status will be "active". If no listing appears, try adding a second listing.

    Who will see my listing?  Your listing appears online 24/7. A wider audience will see your listing vs traditional means of advertising. Your listing will be available to students, faculty and staff.

    How do I pay for my listing?  The quickest and easiest way to pay for your listing is through e-commerce on the website. This method is safe and instantaneous. If you do not have a credit card and you are in Canada you may also mail us a cheque. We may also make alternate arrangements for property management companies.

    Updating Property Information
    How do I edit my listing once it is online?  Login and click 'modify' on the management tools menu to edit your listing.

    How do I change my listing type?  To modify the category of your listing please contact us.

    How do I add photos to my listing?  Login with your user name and password and click on 'pictures' on the management tools menu. Then simply browse your hard drive for the file you wish to upload. Our site will only display .gif or .jpg formats. Unlimited photos can be added to your listing (for free) to enhance your listings and give it higher placement in the search results.

    Account Information
    I have never used this site before, and it says I have a duplicate account. Why?  If you have listed with any of our networked sites previously you are already in the database. Please login with your previous username and password.

    When I try to login nothing happens. Why?  If you have a firewall running on your computer such as "Zone Alarm" or "Norton Internet Security" you may have difficulties logging in. The easiest method is to disable your firewall for the duration of your visit to our site, but be sure to reactivate it once you have placed your listing. You can also add our website to your "Safe Zone". Also, please deactivate any pop-up blockers and make sure JAVA is enabled.

    Help! I can’t remember my username and password?  If you signed up with a valid email address, you can retrieve your username and password. If you do not have an email address contact us to retrieve your information.

    How do I change my personal information?  To change your personal information, click 'my details' on the top of the management tools menu. You can modify your password and update your email address here. For all other modifications, please contact us and we will make the necessary modifications. If you are changing your contact information temporarily, you may do so by selecting 'alternate contact' while modifying your listing.
